Mr. Reginald L. Wiggins passed on April 29, 2022. Reginald was born to the late Herbert L. Wiggins and Dorothy S. Wiggins. He is survived by his son Kamari L. Wiggins, his sister Shirl Boone of Franklin, VA; two nieces Brittany Williams (Adarius) and Courtney Boone-Hill (Marcus) and a host of family and friends. Memorial service is Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Vaughan-Temple Funeral Home 1717 South St in Franklin, VA.
