Ms. Phyllis D. Smith, 83, passed on January 28, 2022. Phyllis was preceded in death by her mom Ms. Stelma R. Bryd. She leaves to cherish her memory her family and friends.
Memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 2 p.m. in Vaughan - Temple Funeral Home chapel 1717 South St in Franklin, VA 23851.
