Mr. Donald "Perch" M. Howell, aged 75, beloved son of Elijah and Dora Howell, peacefully passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He leaves behind a cherished legacy in the hearts of his devoted wife Mildred, his loving daughter and son, his treasured grandchildren, and a wide circle of family and friends who hold his memory dear. The family has entrusted Vaughan - Temple Home to honor his life with a service. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by the funeral service on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at noon in the Elvin Vaughan Memorial Chapel.
