Mrs. Maudie M. Higgins, 82, wife of the late Herman L. Higgins passed May 5, 2025. She leaves her two children Phillip Higgins and Jackie Higgins-Gatling to carry on her memories. The interment will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway in Cheltenham, MD 20623.
