Mr. Louis H. Bailey, III, born on October 11, 1959, in Lynchburg, VA, preceded in death by his father, Louis Jr., passed away Saturday, September 2, 2023. Though his father departed this world before him, Louis's father love, teachings, and values lived on shaping him into the man we remember today. Louis is survived by his mother Mrs. Jean Bailey and fiancé Angela Joyner who will cherish his memories.

A memorial service will be held 1 pm. on Friday, September 8, 2023 at Greater Beulah Land International Fellowship, 117 Main St in Conway, N.C.
