IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Irishteen
Couther
December 6, 2023
We gather to celebrate the life of Irishteen Couther, a compassionate and humble soul, fondly known as Weasel to her loved ones. Born Irishteen Deloris Seabron in Capron, VA on September 11, 1956, she was a beacon of love who lit up the lives of those around her. Throughout her years, Irishteen never wavered in her commitment to live a life filled with love.
Irishteen resided in Norfolk, Virginia and had previously lived in Portsmouth and South Hampton County. She was a woman of faith who enjoyed fishing and gardening. Her humble disposition and loving nature were a testament to her character. She is survived by her children; Nikkira Bynum, Aaron Couther, and Tanejah Mayo; five brothers: Robert of Norfolk, VA, Anthony of Courtland, VA, Anthony of Georgia, Craig of Georgia, Darren of Tennessee; her grandsons, Torian Bynum, and Jalen Bynum, great grandson Omari Bynum {Fat Head}, and a host of uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Couther, and her parents, Robert Seabron and Virginia Demmons, and brother Darrell Seabron.
As we remember Irishteen, we invite you to share your memories, stories, and photos on her memorial page. Each contribution will serve as a comforting reminder of the love she shared, the lives she touched, and the legacy she leaves behind.
