PORTSMOUTH, VA - - Mrs. Helen Daniels Outlaw, 69, born December 18, 1954 in Southampton County, passed in home on October 27, 2024. A viewing will be held Friday, November 8, 2024 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. and the funeral service will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 12 p.m. (noon). Both services will be held in the Elvin Vaughan Memorial Chapel of Vaughan - Temple Funeral Home located at 1717 South St in Franklin, VA 23851.
